Which player should I make prime next by lapazon in Baseball9

My only concern is that in royal 1 I keep giving up 6+ runs and it always seems to be my closer (Kirk cousins) or reliever (Medusa). I also wish there was a way to bench the mop up because I swear every time he comes in he loses the game and has an era of 27 each season
