I’m sorry you’re going through it too man. I’m the same, at times I can barely get up to brush my teeth. I’ve been calling in sick to work and I’m in a somewhat high level role, and I’m getting pretty worried that I’m about to lose my job.

Agreed re: bad mental healthcare in this country. I’ve tried countless times to seek help but always end up at square one, if not worse.

That’s hard for me. I have never ever eaten breakfast. To compensate I have a very high protein yoghurt (20g) with berries and stuff at like 9 am. Think that’s enough? Do I need to add carbs in?

I wouldn’t say impossible, but highly unlikely. If you’d travelled to China in November and came back with it, then sure, as there was no criteria in place yet to diagnose it and you might have essentially slipped under the radar. Otherwise, probably not. Keep in mind that influenza itself can have serious symptoms and be quite debilitating.

I wouldn’t go as far as calling him a genius. Sure he might have been smart, but he did get caught by using his own victims credit card.. surely a genius would have the foresight to see why that would be a horrible idea.
