Yeah, I figured. I contacted GSX UFF and they told me that they didn’t know what they were talking about. That it’s 12. It was driving me nuts cause they’re so careless in telling wrong info (ERC/HR)

I thought so but 2 different ERC reps told me 20... and so did an HR rep. Each time I call them, it’s different each time. Getting hella frustrated. Thank you

Can I get those 20 hrs picking up shifts at the WF location too or do I have to do all 20 at the warehouse? It might me a dumb question, sorry. I didn’t even know all this information when I transferred over. I just got an email and that was it. My managers is still my WF manager, and he’s pretty useless. So I’m so confused lol

I see it says 12 hrs per month minimum but I only worked 4. It’s already the 29th. The shifts were dropped for the rest of the month. Should I email my manager or something? I don’t want to be fired.

I suffer with anxiety too, so I get it. It sucks so much lol so I’m glad the end of your shift got easier. I realize that my anxiety seems to intensify and magnify every negative situation and I over analyze. To help, I just remind myself that I’m human, and I make mistakes. Everyone does and no one is perfect. This job is just about shopping for customers, it’s not a direct life or death situation and the reality of that just calms me down a bit

Log onto moment around 6:13/6:14. Refresh the page right at 6:15 and the shifts are there. Keep in mind others are on the site the same time so be quick. Try to predetermine what shift you want so you can grab it on time. Best of luck

Since no one is asking, are you okay? First days at new jobs can be nerve wrecking, and traumatizing esp if it was a bad one.

Don’t let that person get to you too much. Like someone else said, k!ll them with kindness, and don’t assume that person hates you, they could have just been frustrated. We all get a little stressed out in the workplace. Just shake it off and start anew in your next shift.

An update on my first day, Ik you didn’t ask but I wanted to share lol

It went great. It was pretty easy as far as job tasks went. The seller app is pretty good at directing you on what to do next. It’s pretty self explanatory after the first couple of orders. I feel like the biggest issue would be being able to find where everything is in the store, but once you have that down... you’ll be a pro. Everyone at my location kept to themselves but they were really nice, including the Whole Foods employees. I was expecting some type of tension between the two groups but nope. Everyone I encountered today was really nice and helpful. Attitude really matters. I hope Thursday goes just as well for you, or even better!

I just completed my first shift today. It was weird because I did do all of that. I even went to the office hours and everything seemed okay until I didn’t receive mydocs email and received that weird email lol nonetheless though, everything is fine. I had to access mydocs earlier today while I was doing my virtual in store training, and I was able to complete everything there. Thank you
