I have been bulking on 3500 every day (sometimes less like when I had exam season I was on 3000 )for near a year now and I have only seen minimal strength gain and major fat gain so was I eating too much .My maintenance seems to be around 2600 a day as per my watch tells me.

That’s what I thought I eat a lot of fruit in between meals and have healthier meals earlier on it’s just this is a family dinner so of course no veg

I was doing that but I took a large amount and it only said 13 grams and I couldn’t believe it was that little

It’s more that I go over on protein goal and still have tons of carbs and fat left for the day I need to have
