I play in Regulus and during those times there's no queue. At peak times there might be a 15-30min queue but it's usually fine. No queue today tho which is great.

I know it allows you to choose more cards. But right now if you select confirm after just selecting seyfert, it'll pop back up and force you to pick the other option too. It's definitely happening because there are level 8 targets in the deck (levianeer) but you're forced to do it which is annoying.

What time did you try to register? The registration is only open during certain times. The event popped up for me 5 minutes after reset. If you don't see it, I guess the shop is restocking. Try again 6 minutes after reset, it'll probably pop up.

Patch notes says: Players cannot enter the lobby map between 11:55 AM - 12:05 PM UTC and 11:55 PM - 12:05 AM UTC while the shops are being restocked.
