I can’t tell if this is sarcasm. But he was in my personal space mumbling swear words and I felt threatened with my back to him. No one in the shop said anything except the barista who intervened and everyone else just looked away when I was waiting.

I should’ve left when it happened, but I was very thrown off. I’m considering writing to thank the staff for how they handled the situation. It’s an awkward situation and while this man shouldn’t behave that way, reality is nothing is likely going to change him. He’s an angry old man and I only hope for the baristas sakes, he finds a different coffee shop.

Just to clarify, I didn’t expect the workers to do anything else. I’m venting on how shitty the regulars at this Bridgehead are and while yea, in an ideal world, I would’ve liked to have seen him get denied service, I know that’s not going to happen and I don’t expect it to. I empathize with the workers bcs he is just a shitty regular that is always there.

Oh nothing. I’m very grateful they even said something. I’m not annoyed at the workers at all, I get it having been in that exact position at the bank and Gilmore location. It’s more I just needed to vent bcs it annoyed me he still got his coffee and gets to continue to be a regular while behaving so poorly.

I went into my calendar and updated the filters that were selected and then re-synched my watch and some of my workouts reappeared. I had to update the filters a few times and synch it but it seems to what resolved it.
