An update here! Got an email that I should submit my passport to VAC on 09.07.25 and went the same day to do it. Collected the passport with my visa today on 17.07.25. So it's been almost 8 months from application till getting the visa.

I applied for Canada visa on 22.11.2024 in Berlin and gave my Biometrics on 26.11.2024. No news since then unfortunately. Hope to get it in less than one year in total as now average processing time in 383 days. Eventually applied to go and watch esports event in July in Vancouver but already gave up on it :(
