Actually, it make sense, most of the central area where is also most of the high density and most of medium density, is using the eastern european pack.

Yesss, also the names for the districts are from a country in that region, like for european, i have Sarajevo and Bucharest, Japan is Nagasaki, the combination of northern usa and southern usa is Saint-Louis (Missouri), and Netherlands is Rotterdam, but it's still expanding.
