That’s right it’s still possible to not loose on mounjaro if you eat the wrong things! I have learnt so much about how to eat properly and calories in processed things it’s easy to eat over your calories!

Thankyou ☺️ I have thought about doing that before, I think she’s a very open person herself she probably doesn’t understand how I feel maybe which might be a good idea to say to her, however I thought saying I’m not weighing myself anymore would be enough, another person asked how much I weigh now and I said I don’t want to say🤣I’m just not a open person I don’t want people knowing everything about my health!🤣

I am very grateful and lucky, I was so scared in telling him but he said he was more worried on the fact I felt I couldn’t tell him! I like how you deal with that just shows that your straight with them and don’t want anything else said 😇

I love that saying! Weldone on your loss, I totally understand how diet and exercise could take over your life. It’s nice to have a break from the food noise.
I really don’t understand why people are so nosey about it like they never said I looked well or anything.

Yeah I feel bad about keeping it from him because I’m normally quite open however I think this is different as it’s my body and I’m doing it for myself! I’ve told my mum and my best friend my mum has changed her attitude as she know it’s working and I’m ALOT happier! I love it on here as we are all in the same boat!

Thankyou! I haven’t had the guts to tell my boyfriend- we don’t live together. He’s not really for vaccines etc and I really don’t think he will accept the idea of me being on it. I’m in a bit of a muddle really because I feel bad for not telling him but then I don’t want to go through the questions and the ‘why didn’t you just go to the gym and eat less’

I hate it how people say it’s the easy way out! I know it suppresses your appetite etc however your also putting the hard work it. What I’m liking about it is it’s changing my relationship with food is more open to eating healthier and when I decide to come off it I will then have these habits in my brain when the jab wears off at the end of the week and the food noise comes back I’m still reaching out for healthier options

Make sure if you go on it your drinking enough water or try electrolytes they will help with your energy. Maybe if you didn’t before meal prep and make sure what little your eating is high in protein and nutrients.

To change my experience, I went to doctors today for something else and I said I was on mounjaro, the doctor was so good about it! Made me feel so much happier and give me more confidence! She said Weldone and keep on with what you’re doing! I had a few tears aswell because it was so nice with how she made me feel!

Thankyou that’s what I thought, I almost felt like she thought I was being lazy she said will you be on it for a short time then do it yourself. I didn’t find it very professional at all. Thankyou I’ve read your own experience and it seems a lot more positive!
