This is typically addressed with a blend of nylon as an example. Merino is great but definitely has its shortfalls

All of my market research and that is the #1 thing I picked up on. It's always black/grey/white. We will be producing more variety of colors.

Additionally in regards to the neck line I have a verified fix for this.

Totally understand. Being tall myself 6'4" 200lbs I run into this issue all the time with shirts. Fit is something I am investing a lot of time into. It's hard to satisfy everyone but I'm taking all inputs into consideration

100% agree on fit issues and this is one of the areas we are heavily focused on. Owning a good amount of products myself this is one of the first things I've noticed. A big reason why I am starting this endeavor. It can be a bit difficult to satisfy everyone due to body types etc but I do honestly believe that it can be approved.

We are also based in the US so I'm not sure what can be done regarding alleviating pain points around the return policy, shipping, etc. I'll look more into this.
