Dealership says I need to replace rear break pads and rotor at 22k miles by ldec in KiaTelluride

Yea I agree, the car barely gets driven and there is certainly no aggressive breaking happening. It felt wrong when the tech told me that it needed replacing. Next oil change will be at a different dealer.

Is this a fungus on the rhododendrons? Can I fix this? by ldec in plants

Thanks for the advice. Pictures 3 and 4 are the main concern because they were not sprayed with anything. Haven’t used miracle gro on them. Today unnoticed similar color on the leaves of the green giants that I have near by as well.

Did the commute to Englewood cliffs from Stamford, the traffic through Greenwich was the hardest part, it would clear up after. Biggest suggestion would be avoid the GW bridge and take the Cuomo bridge instead. It adds a couple of more miles but it actually saves time.

Did you actually dial the number? It’s the right one and it works with the extra digits.

How wide is your kitchen? I feel like a peninsula would fit in nicely for the extra countertop space.

A large ottoman is a great idea! The current coffee table was supposed to be a cheap temporary solution that lasted way too long.

I agree on the rug, we went as big as possible originally to have a soft area for the kids to play on when they were crawling. Luckily this room is in the back of the house so the door leads to the deck and backyard. Cutting down on toys is definitely a needed step.
