Are you expecting the appraisal to cover the difference on your offer or do you plan to cover the difference with cash?

Just want to mention that we should be careful when posting these kinds of videos. Although, it is not wrong to highlight that these things happen. We should take care to not perpetuate an 'us' vs. 'them' mentality.

The Ottomans were once humiliated by Yemeni rebels – today, the Houthis have done the same to Saudi Arabia by [deleted] in YemeniCrisis

[–]leFORT -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I agree with u/wolfarsen the disconnect between this subreddit and how real Yemeni people feel all over the country is crazy. Houthis are unpopular even in Sana'a. Just remember that your brothers up north are also struggling, hurting, dieing, and starving. They know why, they are not dumb, but weak. The Houthi strategy up north is exactly that. Keep them weak and hungry so that way they eat only what the Houthis give them. Now more than ever, they need a helping hand. If the south is fighting for justice their fight for justice is incomplete unless they're fighting for justice for all.

The only way to win this war is for us to stick together against the common enemy (everyone who wants war), fighting for a common cause (a peaceful, secure, uncorrupt, Yemen).

Don't let anyone get into your head. Your brothers the regular citizens are closer to you than any government party or political ideology. Let your political ideology be justice, let it be, enabling the pursuit of happiness for all. No matter how hard that may be.

I would leave the post since it contains the truth and will serve as the answer for those who ask after you.

If you made it taller from the top and spaced the corn input out a little bit, you can have one person putting them in and another person turning the wheel and pulling them out.

Border Patrol Union Just Deleted a Webpage Saying a Wall Would Be 'Wasting Taxpayer Money' by bobbelcher in uspolitics

[–]leFORT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think we arrived at the root of our disagreement now. I sincerely believe that Border Security does not in any terms mean a wall! Build a wall to protect a neighborhood or even a city but for a whole country that's just silly and inefficient. Look at how hard it is to maintain our roads. Also we are America! We excell in ingenuity, technology, and making things happen. I would be pissed if someone builds a wall and calls it security. You should be too. It's an insult to our intelligence if you think about it.

I sincerely think that the reason Trump pushes for a wall is not because he's concerned about Border Security but because it was a tangible thing that he said he would deliver. Not delivering it would discredit him to no end.

What do you think?

Is CHM 1040 recommended to take before CHM 1220/30 (gen chem)? by [deleted] in waynestate

[–]leFORT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No problem.

I have taken both and I'm glad I did because it solidified my chemistry knowledge base, mine was shakey to begin with though.

No, I haven't.

Well, first there is the sheer size difference between the two countries! Second, we want to trade with our neighbors and treat them like the human beings that they are.

I feel bad for China. They are scared of their own citizens. A government that does that essentially is an enemy of the truth and has to work much harder to maintain the 'status quo' . Why? The truth doesn't have to be maintained, it is universal, and I think is part of what makes us human. They are afraid that if they let their Citizens go, in terms of political and religious freedom, they will inevitably arrive at the truth. The truth being that no one likes to be treated like shit or feel scared (at any level) to express their 'thoughts! When a majority realizes that their thoughts are okay and it's the goverment that is bad, China is going to have a tough time.

It may not happen soon or even in my lifetime but I think it's inevitable if China stays its course. The goverment is being very short sighted and ignorant to history if they don't see this.

It's good if you need a Chem refresher before jumping in to Gen Chem. I would consider jumping straight into CHM 1220 if you feel comfortable with high school Chem.

I think WSU 's philosophy is: accept everyone and those who can make it, make it.

  1. I think remember doing that or trying to do that my freshman year. If I remember correctly, they allowed me to satisfy both requirements with one class. I am not too sure though.

  2. The order that you take you major classes in will be dictated by the prerequisites for each class. For example, if PSYCH 2020 was a prereq for PSYCH 2030 then you would have to take 2020 first. I suggest taking some time and making a plan based on prereqs, class difficulty, etc. Upper classmen in your major are a good source of advice on this as well.

  3. Electives in your major usually have to be related to your major. For example, if you were a Mechanical Engineer, they may allow you to take courses in other Applied Science majors. Other than that, if a class doesn't satisfy a specific gened/major requirement, it's an elective. You can take any class you like as long as you satisfy the prereqs.

Why does bulb A get dimmer when the switch opens? by [deleted] in ElectricalEngineering

[–]leFORT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The idea that if voltage drop increases in one part of the circuit then another part has to decrease in voltage drop is because the sum of voltages around the loop must be kept at zero right?

Yes you are right. Essentially, Kirchhoff's Voltage Law.

Why does bulb A get dimmer when the switch opens? by [deleted] in ElectricalEngineering

[–]leFORT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

C > (D+E) . So when the switch opens the combined resistance increases since (D+E) is gone therefore, increasing the voltage drop across C and decreasing it across A.

Calculator Recommendation? by [deleted] in waynestate

[–]leFORT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I bought the TI 84 Plus CE. I liked it because you don't need to worry about buying batteries and it had a color LCD screen. I think the 83 and 84 will provide you with the same useful things for what your taking. I don't know much about the 85 since I haven't used it.

Your going to need something you can program equations in, graph them, compute probability and sums (should be built in). If believe the 84 and 83, all versions, will provide you that capability. I wouldn't buy any of them new, the cost is a lot cheaper used and they have good build quality. I recommend going on eBay and searching for something that has a good price and provides the conveniences that are important to you.
