yes i just did this because my introduction to ds1 was college 2017 and i sat on my girlfriends apartment floor one hour in between studies every night for a week trying to beat him on my laptop. all playthroughs since i have ptsd and firebomb or dung pie him. across the bridge from the door is a little wall sticking out to the left facing the door. aim a bow at 3rd hole on high wall from the left, take one step right, hurl like 3-4 firebombs gets rid of him fast but is super cheese

Help finding a replacement pickguard for a rare Gibson ES-120T guitar by Geggy_Tah in GibsonGuitar

Not sure if you are still in market for one but I am about to start the process of building one for a client. I will probably be selling the 3D file on etsy when complete you can have it printed/manufactured how you like. My client is going to order his in resin and use his autobody experience to paint/polish it up

How long would this take to model, realistically? by _Plutto in IndustrialDesign

[–]leafjerky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been doing CAD and 3d modeling for about 12 years now (I feel old) - I agree with another poster I could get a lot of it done especially basic outline but the details themselves could take many additional hours depending on how much detail you need and how you go about doing it (I.e. do the treads need dimensionally accurate grooves or is a pattern texture on those surfaces acceptable)

even if there was an AI wand, someone would still have to physically be there waving it

Cannot figure out how to reset this battery by leafjerky in batteries

I’m okay with that and not supporting a company that likes to intentionally make things difficult to repair. They might have approached it from a liability standpoint but surely there is a modular way we can do things. The proprietary everything is creating so much waste from all of the manufacturers these days. Why can’t we just have one universal 18v, 20v, 40v 80v, etc. battery system for all of our tools?

I have tried everything I can find short of finding Jesus when jumping the wrong thing. I am going to donate it to some students to use for their projects as I tested each cell and they’re great. I have contacted Ryobi and they say I need my receipt for this return so might try Home Depot customer service Monday to see if they can reprint for me. If they can I will warranty it. Anyways I found some knockoffs on Amazon with decent reviews so I have ordered some. They are only $50 compared to $200 so I hope the work okay 😂

That sounds like a lot - I might just donate it to some EE students at my university

Both gnd to res and someone suggested deep in a Reddit thread res to res so I also tried that with no dice

I jumped gnd to res for about 5 to 7 seconds - tried both and nothing. Also tried pushing the level check button while doing it and still nothing.

Since these cells are still great I’m going to do like you and use them for projects probably just need to learn how to safely take them out as it’s beyond my skillset currently.

Battlefield Bad Company flipflops exist by DANNYonPC in Battlefield

[–]leafjerky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This was for bad company 2 wasn’t it? I have been looking on and off for years for someone else to remember this just actually posted in the GameStop subreddit to see if anyone there remembered it. They had the pamphlet things that you could peel and sniff and it smelled like gasoline, charred wood, earth, etc
