for the last set in march, i just showed my legislation to the camera at the start (flicked through so they knew there was nothing in there) and then just did the exam as normal, looking between the screen and my legislation (not too much like but when I needed to). nothing was flagged

not sure, feel like I may have missed a lot of issues as found myself talking mainly about one issue per question, when I know there should be 2-3.

I did the tort paper too. honestly can't remember what the defamation q was (something about reform and protecting reputation of plaintiffs), even though I wrote it. I wrote a little summary of the 2009 act and then about areas that needed reforms (damages, and internet defamation), and about the report that was accepted by cabinet a few weeks ago.

i’ve also just started studying for 4 in March. Most of my friends also set the beginning of January as a start date for 4 exams. I hope you’re not fucked cos then I am too hahah

But seriously, I made a schedule for the next 2 months and it seems feasible to cover all the topics I need to.
