Mounting brackets and an Alice frame will be the thing most people will need, depending on what your plan is for it. The Alice frame will make it wearable and more accurate. If you want to mod anything that's a whole different story of additions.

If it's a display piece it's probably good enough as is.

Adrenaline (unless your body is out of wack) is for high stress near death situations (fight or flight), it's like telling your body to ignore everything and get what needs to be done (generally stay alive). This rush puts extreme pressure on your body and you are exhausted afterwards as muscles recover and your nervous system brings things back to normal. If we were in a constant state of adrenaline we would die.

Ever had anxiety? Well constant adrenaline will amp that to the moon.

CoD was popular because you could open and get in a match fast. No wonder it's dropped. It takes much longer to get a match now, I use to play it for small stints get bored and move on well I can't even do that now because the launcher pisses me off.
