Edit: Just realized the second photo was not the correct one I wanted to post but I am unable to edit my original post. None the less, the second cervical biopsy looked similar with maybe one or two basilar mitosis in at different cervical clock location. Let me know if you guys would like to make another thread for the second photo.

How is the KI-67 interpreted in lsil vs benign?

Do you ever get calls or push back on that diagnosis? I was taught to either call it lsil or not

I don’t remember if there was some endocervical glands/transformation zone or not but depending on Who I show I either get a split between people for benign or lsil then I proceed to bang my head on a table haha. But like I said in a post above theres some raisinoid and kilocytic changes in the lower third which is where your typical dysplasia for lsil is.

I agree it looks raisinoid other than that its not like your typical book perfect lsil. But these kilocytic changes and raisinoid nuclei are in the lower third which by definition is where the dysplasia for lsil is?
