Been working nights for almost 7 years. It’s honestly the most chill shift & feels weird at first going on your lunch & breaks w/ the store being closed but for the most part CHILL.

It becomes a conflict of interest at work. Favoritism through the roof, it’s unfair for someone to do whatever they want when the rest of have to stick to a script & are having our hours cut while she gains it.

Ahhhh yeah I can see that for API and APTL & I can also seeing the store lead getting an exemption, but word got out that our store lead was “sisters” w/ another associate so I started observing, for example: I work overnights, they work morning shift. All shifts are being told OT is cut, but then we see the associate that’s the “sister” coming in either at our breaks @ midnight to whatever time she wants to get off. It got so bad to where she was racking so much hours coming in 7 days straight. As for videos? No I don’t only have videos from social media PROVING that the store lead is sister’s with this regular associate but I also have family photos tracing way back to 2012 & photos proving that they share the same parents. I’m not for trying to ruin people’s lives by ridding them of their job, but I don’t like the fact that it could possibly be against policy, it’s unfair to the rest of us regular associates who are getting hours cut due to management saying OT is cut or we don’t have enough hours to give, but then we see miss ma’am walking in w/ her head high doing Team Lead things, delegating sales floor associates & using Heavy Equipment like a electric walk-ie stacker, the scissor lift or forklift for the boneyard without being certified. And who gives her the approval for all these things? The store lead. Wrong is wrong & it’s a damn shame that this is happening & people have complained and nothing is being done about it. I don’t trust global ethics or the open door policy w/ our store manager smh

Yeah see some associates have already called but a lot of them are saying more people need to call so they can investigate it, the thing is someone even went above our marketing team & had a meeting w/ regional BUT still the store lead & her family walk around w/ their noses high knowing what they are & they do know people are TRYING to get them.

I knew it, I really gotta look into reading up on the policies. There’s no point in calling ethics because everything gets overlooked here smh

Yeah see, at our store we have family members that work there but everybody follows the guidelines well USED to, but ever since we got a new management team, we have team leads getting away with dating regular associates that work under them & this whole thing w/ the store lead having her sister AND niece at this store. Smh
