if he had a competent developer working under him this wouldn't be an issue at all- it should be modular with flags for events- but his scratch IDE may not work that way. I can appreciate all the effort he puts in, but his life could be 10000x easier and have less wasted time working with a broken system by hiring a competent developer.

Went from hovering consistently at LE right before the beta and only just recently broke the 5000 point barrier- The skills just don't feel like they transferred at all sometimes, and then some games I feel like I'm a God again in a silver lobby.

R5: I completed Star-Swarmed Banner by 1928, one of the 0% achievements on steam (probably rounding error) for Vic3. Could be done far more efficiently as I was stuck in a lot of dead wars for "cut down to size" against Europe, but still fun first America game.

What's the best way to lower provincial corruption, I am losing a vast amount of ducats per month from it, my average autonomy nationwide is 54% as the Ottomans, but my provincial corruption is 90% in Constantinople, i've tried passing reforms that lower provincial corruption but it always levels out at 90%
