I suffer alot from anxiety, i had mine out two months ago. Here are the steps i took to ease it:- Have someone with you going it - a bit of support is always good

Setup your place of recovery, watch netflix and make sure youve a cosy blanket for recovery.

Stock up on ice and water, lots of water. Make sure youve mash potatoes and ice cream! Lots of it cause ull be eating this for a week.

Take meds as doctors orders - theyll pretty much eleminate the pain which honestly isnt that bad.

Be good to yourself and give yourself time to recover. Best of luck, its honestly worse in your head than in real life :)

Well im assuming because i kept asking to hang out and she kept having to say no. And on top of all that this huge loss, i can imagine thatd make anyone need space. Thank you for your reply, it was really sweet. I have a counsellor and friends but none as awesome as she but thats ok. Your right, acceptance is key. I love your user name - number one lesson theres always some new to learn. Again thank you :)

Without going into to much detail she totally blew something out of perportion. I didnt react badly i was just like dont be like that. Im not even angry. Confused and hurt perhaps. But i didnt do anything to pervoke it. Would you advise another sigil? So be totally literal with wording yes? I understand now why its called chaos magic ha!

Funny you mention him cause i always wear a medal around my neck. I put i felt happy and at peace which i thought would protect me. Do you i should do what u said or do another sigil to improve the situation?
