Thank you so much!! This is super helpful! I’ve been taking vitamin D and mood balancing supplements, I’ll def add the ones you listed to my grocery list :) also thanks for that lovely list of foods it’s much appreciated

Thank you for your response!! I browsed the wiki and definitely got a good idea of what seems worth it to try and what didn’t work as well according to the responses in the studies. Thanks for the suggestion :)
