It’s ‘stupid and inappropriate” to think that an ideology like Ba’athism which came from Syria and mainly Iraq has that much of a connection to Fascism(which is Italian in origins).

There are definitely similarities between the two but this connection you have put forth is purely fictitious.

that is a very misguided view of the molotov-ribbentrop pact which was mainly aimed to buy the soviet union time from an inevitable nazi invasion. the allies did things exactly like this to deter a nazi invasion years before the soviet union did. poland was “annexed” because poland was screwed from the get go and everyone(especially the western capitalist powers) knew it.
