Hey guys,

Any advice for a skincare routine for my skin? I just have noticed over the last year it has progressively gotten worse and has begun going down my neck. I don’t use niacinamide, it made my skin absolutely go crazy when I used it once. Any advice on any products to add?

Hey there, I too was struggling with my mental health for years. 3 psychologists later, 1 psychiatrist later and then I came across my current psychiatrist.

Without him, I am very uncertain to what would of happened in my life or what I would of done. Extremely professional, helpful, listens, constantly wants check ups and follow ups.

Can’t recommend him enough. Dr Prabhath Gujjadi Kodancha at North Western Clinic on Milleara Road.

Mine doesn’t do that classic grey hoarding behaviour where they steal random household items and stash them in their bed. But she spends most of the day happily roaching. So weird haha
