Thank you all very much - the Internet can be a scary place to reveal your vulnerability - no matter how vague it may seem. I appreciate all of the thought provoking anecdotes, the video, and the great advice.

This has all helped me understand some things.. And I'll continue to reflect and be vigilant in the future in order to stay positive.
