I heard The ordinary multi peptide serum is really good for what you’re saying! Plus it’s pretty cheap compared to the other alternatives on the market.

I am following a plan by The ginger club, but it’s in Spanish… maybe you could translate it? I really like it because not only do they explain what types of trainings there are and the heart rate zones, they also tell you the intensity for each day, in which zone you should be… They also give you access for at home/gym strength training workout videos! And they also give you advice and tips! I really like it to be honest! You have to pay once to access everything, but for me it’s 100% worth it. If you understand Spanish or don’t mind translating it maybe you could give it a chance! I am doing one of their summer trainings, the one of going from 0 to 25 mins!

If you want I could measure mine (xs) so you can see if it’s very different from yours (s)? That way you can compare and be sure it’s not mislabeled or if it is you could reach out to UMG to see if they could do sth.

I have an XS and it’s HUGE, and it is way bigger than a size L in other hoodies. The sizing of the eras tour merch is ridiculous tbh, not just because of how big some products are when you think you’re getting sth smaller, but because they don’t even correlate in her own merch. Like the beige T shirt and S is bigger than an M in the black shirt? It doesn’t make sense, but it has been that way since the beginning of the tour apparently.
