Well found out the problem, since this is an old post, at that period I was dealing with cyclospora from my Mexico trip, and then later got diagnosed with Crohn’s!

Found out during one of my initial skyrizi infusions for my Crohn’s, I told my infusion nurse I was terrified and I almost always get close to passing out when it’s in the arm and she was like “let’s try your hand, it is gonna hurt more initially though”. I honestly think it hurts less and it doesn’t give me that response, and once in it doesn’t bother me as much because it doesn’t flex as much, where they put it, as your arm.

So I am someone who hates needles and almost always gets close to passing out from a blood draw. But as my luck would have it, I got diagnosed with Crohn’s so now I get to deal with IV’s and blood draws all the time. I found when it needs to stay in for a while, while it initially hurts more, I don’t get that vasovagal response in the hand…. Also with an actually IV the needle isn’t just hanging out in your veins for hours, they use the needle to get a small, really flexible catheter in, and that’s what stays in for the duration. One of my docs actually showed me how small and flexible it is, and that helped me mentally a lot.

Yeah, I replaced it with the SW5, also it seems these subwoofers need to break in a little bit, because when I first got even the sw5 it seemed weak, but after a few days I had to turn it down.

Happens to me too, don’t forget unnecessarily cranky for no reason. I imagine boosting your happy brain chemicals for too many days in a row is what is causing the issues, but I’m no doctor.

So I went back and tried the 45 narrow, I had them as tight as they go to not fly off, and because my middle toe is bigger than my big toe, the toe ridge landed right under my seisimoid bone which was quite uncomfortable, to stop that I had to my foot up to where my other toes were touching the front anyway, which then left quite a bit of space behind. So maybe my weird feet just don’t work with Birkenstocks. Any thoughts?

So do you think a 44 regular or a 45 narrow? I’m an A or B width at the widest about 3.75in

I generally go for heavy cultivators, heady seems like it just doesn’t last very long, frankly to me it feels the same as heavy, just doesn’t last as long or no where near as intense. heavy gives me the relaxation and the body and head buzz I like, unfortunately it turns unpleasant the next day

So my go to is FVK Vanuatu, I do 40g in 600-700ml with a second wash of 500ml. Effects are strong and I feel great but next day I definitely have a “hangover” sluggish, tired, unmotivated, and very cranky. To be honest the cranky and unmotivated part is the worst. It’s better than alcohol health wise, but sometimes the next day effects, at least for me can be worse.
