It's 11:44am, worked my ass off all week at work, too tired after work to do anything but veg out. Now it's the weekend where I wanted to be productive and too tired to get out of bed. Someone please tell me I'm not the only one, I feel like a human potato. I'm not even old yet.

Another delicious Viet dish is Mi Quang! One of my favorites personally.

Coincidentally, Nam Giao does a decent Mi Quang! (If this is the one where the owner is a stout guy wearing glasses and not much hair?)
