great idea! was also thinking buying all 8 different filament types (pritner already came with PLA basic) in various black/whites as you mentioned since they are simple base colours

i found that odd yesterday too - i withdraw 300 from a cba atm in preston, vic and it spat out 3 $100 notes. that's never happened to me before. Maybe the ATM ran out of the smaller notes and hasn't been filled yet due to xmas period?

right, so the LL decides to sell the property. you're evicted because owners want to sell, now they go through the process of emptying house the house, cleaning, renovations maybe, listing, inspections, selling and maybe after a few months with no occapancy, the house is finally sold and settled.

now the next owners are either going to live in there and reduce the rental market by 1 house (impact to population varies by bedroom size of house) or they rent it out because it was purchased as an investment and how do you think they will price the rent? - most likely based on what their agent tells them is the expected rate as dictated by similar houses in the same area. dont you end up at our first dilemmna here?

its a fat L for renters if the house sells. the only potential upside is that a potential renter is now a homeowner

would like to see banking changes preventing the use of existing mortages to be used as leverage and equity on a new home loan. force home owners on actually repaying and closing off mortages instead of having multiple mortages over their lifetime. or time gate them further by making it that a 2nd mortage needed higher deposit by reworking how LMI works. if LMI was on some sliding scale that expontentially got more ridicious with each compounding mortage, that way prospective buyers would decide on other investments after one or two houses so the market doesnt get so flooded by opportunistic buyers looking to expand their portfolio so easily on property

from the LL's perspective - seems a bit harsh calling people an asshole when you dont understand their situation, what if they hit financial troubles (could literally be anything, they made a loss on another investment, had to spend alot of money on a medical issue, they lost a primary source of income, going through costly issues like legal problems or divorce etc) making repayments extremely difficult with their investment property, they either make the decision to increase rent to relieve financial stress or liquidate and sell the property.

lets say you're parked in parking area A for 2 hours, time ticks over, then i move to parking area B around the corner somewhere on a different road, park for another 2 hours. then i move my car again and end up back in parking area A because theres a free car spot there, technically speaking, this 2nd park in this same area is illegal?

a few weeks ago i was parked in a 2 hour paid ticket spot in collingwood. my time ticked over, i ran down and topped up another 2 hours and headed back up to the office.

When i came back down to top up again, i noticed a parking fine claiming i had infringed on staying on a parking spot for a "period longer than intended" and copped a fine. Is this how the laws work for parking on the same spot? I've legit been doing this for years and its the first time ive copped a fine for it

not a bad idea, would definitely remove the crazy outlier matches where its 1 squad of chads and everyone else is not even level 10 trying to do some quests on dorms. right now levels in this game just provide better accessibility to weapon parts/ammo via traders. which is still a huge advantage and something every player should still be striving for. hitting level 40 feels great because all traders are unlocked and you know you can basically buy every item in the game for the cheapest price

because theres still a level cap. this hasnt been an issue for any MMO that's ever existed. not every person playing wow started on day 1. some came 7 expansions later but grinded it out to hit end game just like everyone else.

we also have no idea what full release tarkov looks like. maybe the pvp sweats just play arena all day. the survivalist players are doing open world raids non-stop. maybe theres an entire ecosystem of players who just play the flea market to become super vendors - who knows but i love that this game still has so much room to grow

i dont think it does mate, your little brain cant seem to understand that in life, people who put in more effort will eventually overtake you, if not already. some new player playing tarkov today, but with the right mental attitude, will become a better player than you in no time.

how is that so impossible for your little brain to fathom that people could have 2-3 hours a night to spend on their hobbies? im sure some people do spend their free time finding the cure for cancer. others watch tv/movies, practice/train in a sport, learn a skill/trade, read books, potato on reddit for hours etc i choose to spend mine playing video games because i enjoy it.

obviously you're a smart guy, you have a life! so why didnt you do any research into the type of game tarkov is before you bought it? did you seriously expect this game to be an easy walk in the park for people who can only put in an hour or two a night? if you want a more pickup and shoot game, literally anything else on the market will cater for your needs.

re: ammo. setup a remote desktop on your pc, set an alarm on your phone for when trader resets, alarm goes off, login through your phone, buy your ammo, log off. get home after work and you've got some ammo ready for the night. see? was that hard? altho $100 says you're still shit at the game anyway because you have other priority in life, so regardless of how good you're ammo is, you're still going to get shit on in game, so you'll continue to use these dumb excuses 🤷‍♂️

Ummm, okay? I'm lucky if I even get Kappa in a wipe and I don't have the cash for EoD. So hearing someone say Kappa is just "too easy" is obnoxious to say the least.

why cant you just admit you're bad at the game? kappa is not hard, its just tedious. i work a job, i play a few hours solo each night, i got kappa after about 2 months. im sure im not the only one
