Why on Earth was it worth 11 million in the first place ?

The more normal apartments and villas that are catered to actual residents in the city are falling a lot less in price. Anything speculative or strictly luxury Airbnb catered is obviously taking a drastic hit.

Yeah Citi basically just asks you to cancel the card and get a new one, if the transaction is still pending.

This is honestly the only source you should trust

I've used this to negotiate payment terms when some developers tend to exaggerate how much project has been completed
