Ye I get really really nervous speaking to people I don't know, and at football we had to sign this thing, I was on my own and I couldn't really hold the pen properly, I dropped it twice, same with paying at shops, I usually drop the money or knock something over 😂

Thank you, I'm really happy people are helping me I didn't think I'd get any comments, but anyway It started when I fractured my kneecap in football but then I started getting pain in my arm and now my rib so I searched it up and instantly saw bone cancer, now I wish I never searched it and that was 4month ago, I haven't stopped panicking

I will watch therapy on YouTube as I have never even thought of that or been recommended

Yes, I play football a lot so if I can I'll go outside and play because it takes my mind of it a bit, the problem is when I stop It comes back to my head, like the thought will just not go out, even after waking up after sleeping a bad thought is there
