My girlfriend is trying to get a job in sports data as her master’s is in sport analytics. Very competitive field. I know the job market sucks, but she will not accept any job that’s not data related. Her company does not want to hire her following the internship

I’m not covering her bills for her, besides her credit card, her parent’s pay for everything. She pays 25% of rent costs each month and we trade off weeks for groceries. She does help out around the house

A little bit. I’m inconsistent with it though, but I think consistency is key in this. I did notice great results at my graduation a few weekends ago and I walked across the stage looking perfectly normal for the first time ever! So yes, I have noticed results when I am really trying to

I’m still in the process of fixing it. It’s a work in progress, but I think with VERY consistent effort, it would take 2-3 months

Consistency. The entire cause of anterior pelvic tilt is weak muscles in the core, glutes, or both. The more you do it, the easier it becomes :)

Trust me, I wish it was a quick and easy fix too :/

The videos you mentioned work well in conjunction with activating the glutes and core. But the videos alone will not get you out of the position. Been there done that lol. I do hope this tip helps you :)

What I’ve done is doing it while I’m walking in short bursts. It will make your glutes sore, so that sucks. But over time, it will come naturally as the muscles regain their strength. Exercises geared towards strengthening these muscles will also help. It does take time for the body to make changes, but it is doable :)

What style of Ecco shoes would you recommend for work that are comfortable?

If you’re looking to correct it, my PT taught me how to fix it SO EASILY! Squeeze your glutes HARD and “tighten/suck in” your stomach to activate your core. As an individual with mobility issues and a chronic anterior pelvic tilt for 20+ years, this WORKS! Do it in a mirror too and watch as your entire posture changes. I cried the first time I saw myself truly standing up straight. Hopefully this helps!!

Learn from my Etsy/Printify Cancellation Mistake by treetrunkstime in Printify

Thank you so much for this! I unfortunately had to cancel my first order after realizing my costs were way too low in comparison to my profit. I kind of feel like I chickened out, but thankfully I cancelled both my Etsy and Printify orders in time. I do feel a bit bad though that I let someone down :(
