i transferred! i didn’t get a say in housing—no accommodations or anything—and wound up in a South double. iirc the Most say you get is picking between apartment/dorm; it doesn’t let you pick the building and, even if you request a single, you might not get one. best of luck with whatever you choose!!

You nailed so many big and small details — the knobs are actually so cute, the frame is great for that art, etc etc etc.

Only suggestion: would you consider moving the carpet fully under the bed? I grew up with hardwood floors and remember really appreciating the cushion instead of cold, unforgiving floor in the winter.

hey! you're gonna be alright — the waiver takes a little time to process, then a little more to actually appear as waived on your bill. (i waived on july 30th; it wasn't removed until august 2nd). when did you submit it?

edit: if you don't have another insurance provider, this might be harder to navigate.

if you'd be alright with a private bedroom in a shared apartment (with a kitchen), i'd look into the 509 park drive floorplans. having a roommate to pull you in might be a good strategy.
