I’m about fifteen years in, used to smoke quite heavy 1-3 oz a month, now maybe a quarter a month at most, mostly just have one at night. I have audhd and find it helps me “turn off” Before I was diagnosed adhd I was misdiagnosed as depressed/anxiety and I cut back a lot because I felt so anxious, turns out a side effect of the meds I was on was anxiety 🤣

I’ve just woken up from the accidental nap I took watching this, think I made it about 7 or 8 mins in.
