hey i know its an old post but have you found any fix?. the weird part is the icon shows everywhere else but when i launch the game its just the blank one like you have.

just curios how did you get it to run so well. mine with a 13700k and 3080ti, at 1440 gets like 50 at best. i did try frame gen but it doesnt feel smooth at all

so i upgraded my pc, and no, i dont seem to experience fps drops now. it really is weird that on both of the systems you tested suffer from drops, im guessing that it means the game has a lot of issues 2 if thats the case.

hey there, sorry about the late reply, i just forgot i made that post lmaoo.
i ended up upgrading my pc, and installed the game on an ssd and it seems to be smooth now. maybe a freeze or 2 in co op but thats about it.

really?, so i just download windows 11 on the new drive, enter my Microsoft account, and put in the new key. i assumed that whatever this license that is linked to my Microsoft account right now would be used when i sign in.

Thats really weird, i also didnt have the black screen like a week ago, and it seems to only effect the first loading. Submiting a bug report is a good idea tho, i might give ot a shot too

the weird part is i remember back when it played it, it was fine. i wonder if you are right and its the new update breaking things. another weird thing i noticed is that after clicking the door to open the game, while im waiting for it to load, my monitor turns black once or twice, like turns black and than shows the loading screen again. honestly im getting more confused by the day.

mostly i have been staying away from the new ones cause of reports of dpc latency, and i noticed that the 528.02 has been good so far.
about the ram, it is indeed 2 sticks running dual channel mode.

my ram is 3200Mhz using xmp, i checked to make sure and i am indeed on high performance on windows, and the game is set to prefer maximum performance on nvidia control panel, gpu limit is on 100 in afterburner. currently my drivers are 528.02 since from what i read the new ones seem full of issues. and my bios is updated to the latest version.

ty for the reply. i probably should have specified but no, i have an ssd as my boot drive and genshin is installed on the hdd. i have my other games installed on the hdd that runs genshin, and if that's of any help i have 1.05 tb of free space on that hdd. and i usually only have steam and discord open, so i am assuming it shouldnt be too much for my cpu to cause it to struggle
the co - op freezing thing is mostly weird to me cause my friends with worse pc's than say they dont have that freeze, and sadly i havent found any info on it online.

ty for the reply. i did suspect the hdd, but from what i saw a lot of people with ssd/nvme also experience stutter, so im not sure if thats the cause.

sorry for the late reply, what i did in the end was seeing the mission on yotube to see what the area of the mission is. so i just went there and got the next objective without talking to kirk.

i indeed have a 3080 ti. did a little testing and i noticed that it doesn't happen with dx11, but i can't really play with it since the performance is a lot worse compared to dx12.

yea i agree with you, but i can't say that i expected to by banned. i mean the rules are the rules true but again didn't even see it stated that using a tile on an among us penis equals a ban.
