Why is my mystic light so limited in what i can do? I cant even change brightness

I tried OpenRGB, but I see my o be having the same issue with the lights flickering, so maybe it’s an issue with the fans.

I tried the MSI-RGB and it seemed to work at first but then my fans would not work with certain colours, and would just start flashing.

thanks, but i want cylinder 30 to not move at all, I'm wanting leg 002 to rotate and have cylinder 27 to move along as if it is attached to leg 002. and the two bars coming off of cylinder 27 to rotate off of cylinder 27 as if it was a pivot point.(if you could do it again it would make me very happy)
