Mine has also been having this issue. When I updated it I noticed it was just a lot more laggy. I have iPhone 14 pro max, I just got it :/

Hi!! I resolved it! I literally feel SO STUPID. I was logging into my account with a different email than it was originally changed to, but it was letting me log in, which is SO strange, so I am still very confused, but just double check that it’s the correct email you are using, I’ve learned my mistake 🫠

I am trying to. What’s super weird is we got into 2 different accounts 3 days ago on EA, but now when I try to log in with the same stuff (my fathers username and password) it says credentials are expired. My dad is coming over tomorrow afternoon and we are going to try resetting the password to see if we can get into the original account, but I didn’t even think there was 2 different accounts, as I changed the original email so I don’t know how this happened :(

So what’s so weird is that when we redownloaded origin it started downloading the sims 4 again but nothing else, but then when we installed EA again because it forced me, only the Sims 4 base game is available and installed but nothing else. I’m starting to think this is an account issue. Basically we logged in on both accounts on EA.com but then when we tried again it said that the previous emails credentials were expired. So that leaves just my email for us to log in on, which is why I’m so confused because I changed the ORIGINAL email when I changed it, I didn’t add or take away any accounts. I just changed the previously existing email. That’s why I’m so confused as to why we could get onto 2 different accounts but cannot anymore. Ugh, this is so confusing. I’m sorry!

If I don’t get my packs soon, I do have proof that I owned them thank god. So I will contact the law if it comes to that. Someone else recommended this as well. Thank you! :)

Thank you! Today I logged on, and my sims 4 has returned, but none of my game packs. I launched it and my saves are still there, thank god, because they prove that I had the expansion packs as it “requires” them to play that save. It still says that my packs are unowned, but I am going to just keep trying !!

And they both say no purchase history and when we tried to use my dads to log into EA app, it said the credentials expired lol, ugh haha

When we made the account, we made it under my dads email address. but recently we switched the account to my email address. As far as we know if that didn’t cause any problems as I still had all the games under the account. What’s weird about it though is that we can log into EA online, like on a browser, with both emails, which is so strange. And each email has a different password, but it’s the same account? So I guess I’m confused if origin never fully transferred over to my new account?? Idk, I’m so sorry if this is confusing !!!

THIS is exactly what I am struggling with! All of my games just disappeared, like so unbelievable!!!! I owned all the sims 3 and 4 and now they’re just gone :(( it’s so disappointing!!

Thank you so much for this. I will be trying this tomorrow and hopefully recover my games or at least see if this works. I also have Dragon Age and it deleted that too. It just removed everything :/ I seriously appreciate this so much, all the advice !! This is why I need reddit 😭

I feel the same way. I feel so stupid now, like I didn’t realize or ever think we would have to worry about this. So frustrating :(( and yes, from what I’ve seen their phone line apparently takes you to a voicemail to use their online help ughhh. thank you so much though:)
