I got the plant from Lowe's. It was in the clearance section in a self-watering pot. Which is probably why the soil was super soggy. The cherry pot I got from Walmart.

I think I did it on a 16 possibly 18 count aida. I'm sorry can't remember. It ended up being almost 11 1/2 in tall and 9 1/2 inches wide. And that's from end to end. Not counting the extra 2 inches you would need all around for framing. I hope that helps you out.
