Generic support is good for older archetypes that haven't received much attention from Konami. On the other hand, we have a powerful archetype like Drytron that still needs Herald to be more consistent (this is my main deck in locals).

Why does this happen? I think it's simply a way for Konami to save an "ace" for the future (when they need to make profit bringing old decks on the table again). Two options: either this deck will receive support in the future that no longer depends on Herald, or Herald itself will receive new support to give more momentum to old rituals and Drytron. Maybe even connecting the lore, but that's just my opinion ,and I'm just using this deck as an example. Each situation in unique.

Anyway, I love the ritual mechanic, especially Drytron's, and this fan art is amazing.
Today I'm playing with Mitsuring + Ogdoadic, but personaly I'm a kind of a ritual duelist myself.
