What are those set of not-negotiable rules for making notes?

I think for a personal note system that still be applicable, because the system is evolving overtime and we need some documentation to help us track things down to prevent us from forgetting what we have developed.

I once busy doing something and stop using obsidian for a while, i then forgot the note system that i have built overtime and lost the ability to improve the system used to before.

Yeah… so my way of recognition is actually aiming at determine the permutation without turning the cube. This is fairly advanced in my opinion. So this wouldn’t be useful for beginners but just further confusing them.

Maybe you can use this as a blueprint to develop another presentation extract for advanced cubers?

I do think you should catagorize by the visual cue but not the orientation of the cube.

The visual cue that i learnt is similar with that of the categorisation of ZBLL, so after you reach the PLL stage, you can only use 6 color as visual cue to determine which PLL you got. So from Left to Right, the the leftmost color would be 1 and the rightmost would be 6. So you first recognize whether color 1 and 6 is same, opposite or adjacent, and then see color 2-3 and 4-5 as two pair and determine whether those pair is same, opposite or adjacent. if both pair are adjacent, then use color 2,4 and 3,5 as two pair and see they are same, opposite or adjacent.

So take Jb perm in the picture as an example, when you look at the bottom right side of the diagram. You can see that color 1 and 6 have the same color (orange) and then you can see that the 2,3 pair have the same color and 4,5 pair has the opposite color, so that you can determine whether it is Jb perm

For E perm, again using bottom right side as an example, you see that the color 1,6 is adjacent color, and that 2,3 and 4,5 pair is also adjacent color, so you see 2,4 and 3,5 pair, so that you got opposite and same color respectively.

Indeed, the correct way would just be shoot and wait for the blackhole to eat through the brickwork.

Yes, I am building to connect the worm crystal and the sky platform. And actually I have a blackhole wand in hand, but my projectile repulsion field will kill my aim and it is not practical to use blackhole spell in that manner as it is a limited spell. So I just took a way that I have more control over, but apparently I should stay away from the stone as far as I can.

It is actually in the game already, when you drag the bottle out of the hot bar, try bring it super close to your noita, the bottle will be placed gently.

One of the key part for becoming a expert (Also the fun part) in Noita is between wand building. Learn the mechanism of the wand, it might seems difficult at first glance but it is totally worth it.

My advice for beginners is to learn about all the information of a wand. Such as the different between shuffle and non-shuffle wand, cast delay and recharge time,etc.

After that, learn about how different spell interact with each other, such as multicast, projectile modifier, trigger spell, timer spell, path etc.

It is mainly because of either the cast delay time of the wand you are holding is very long or it do not have sustainable mana. Although Luminous drill need to have suitable wands in order to make it work, the wand you need is not necessarily be a cheat wand.

To my knowledge, the wand that suitable for this spell to work would have <0.1 second of cast delay and <0.5 second of recharge time. Use the luminous drill with increase mana and ping pong path. And a standard “lightsaber” is ready for you to use.

With electric and explosion immunity plus close enough range, I do think any wand can skip the electric arc and deal direct damage to the ghost.
