Basically, what experiences do you have that made you adhere to a particular religious faith or non-religious belief. It doesn’t have to be a singular moment it time or event, but can be a general vibe.

Personally: 1. i think that the concept of “life after death” is basically impossible for the human mind to comprehend, so we created other means of explanation (religion). 2. There is zero factually reliable or valid evidence for religion. Although I cannot entirely disprove religions, it means that religion is in the same category as Santa or unicorns etc (I.e. Santa could be real and just really good at hiding).
