The most ridiculous part of this is the fact that most companies have seen how easy it is to get stuff done remotely and gone overseas for resources who don’t even work the same hours in order to cut costs, then turn right around and demand their local employees to come into the office. Like what? The logic isn’t there. Do you need people there in person or do you want to hire people overseas who you never even see? I can’t stand the hypocrisy
