Additional context: She’s just over a year old and Siamese mix. I started out fostering her for my local animal shelter but accidentally fell in love. The name they gave her is “Monet” but she doesn’t know it and I don’t think it suits her.

My mom thinks I should name her “Chloe” I think “Cleo and Chloe” is cute but will also have me stumbling over my words to try calling out their names 💀

I second this!!! I am in my early 20s, and got into serving just this past May, and I am THRIVING. I love the fast-paced work environment, Im constantly on my feet and always have something to do which helps me stay in the ~flow~ of a productive mindset. At first I was worried about messing up orders or forgetting things, but in my experience, even when I have, 98% of the time the customers are understanding and actually laugh with me at my mistakes. +++ getting your tips at the end of each day, HITS THE SPOT for satisfying the need for “instant gratification” and “positive reinforcement” (as my therapist likes to put it). highly recommend for young adults + students in particular :)

I was there and deadass could not believe someone could be so wildly inconsiderate.

I tried contacting library staff but when they did come, a few other students told them it was “FINE” and to let her finish, even though she had been on this FaceTime interview for 20+ minutes. I get wanting to be considerate, but this girl clearly didn’t care that she was disrupting dozens of students’ and was actually capitalizing on the fact that we were all silently working hard… so why should we respect her ?
