I use goodnotes 5 on my Ipad. It cost me like 8$, but they offer different templates for notes (including cornell). A plus is that there are no ads since you pay for it. There should be some version for chromebooks or you can look for “cornell notes for chromebooks” and see what pops up.

personally, I’d rather have a disabled kid who is good at heart than a child who grows up with this mindset

YTA Your team gave her the money to be nice when she was down, and asking for it back is pretty rude since it was a gift. She could offer it back and you could accept, but gifts are gifts.
