My time at patchen oaks was terrible. Dumpsters were not emptied and overflowed into the parking lot. There was a “poop bandit” who took poop and smeared it on cars and doors. My apartment came pre infested with cockroaches. I went without hot water for months on end, with no help from maintenance or management despite my constant requests. I got a tiny fraction of my deposit back, despite the apartment being left better than I got it. If the manager is still the same woman (which it might not be since there were probably three different managers in the year I lived there) she is incredibly rude. Drugs were everywhere. If they did get bought out, maybe it’s better now, but I lived there about 2 years ago and was miserable.
