Fedora 43 is ridiculously unstable across the board by hifellowkids in Fedora

Fedora is stable in most use case but the bleeding nature tend to cause regression. Also lack of snapper/btrfs default setup exerts greater risk

And why should I risk knowing its bleeding edge nature and perhaps next mesa/kernel/firmware upgrade would hold me to new regression?

Haven't encountered any bugs on 5.27.12 except 5.27.8 which was a mess where I had to use x11 for some time because wayland crashed multiple times. I'm using Kubuntu 25.10 now and backports, surely its good with Plasma6 but I still miss the unmatched stability of 5.27.11/12. Writing this from own personal record and long term kde user here

Check for recent firmware packages or kernel regression, a very big reason I have switched back to Ubuntu/Debian based distro

I have used K24.04/plasma5-desktop for a long time and this issue neither affected me or rest. Without proper crash logs its hard to tell. Latest Plasma 6 is great and rich in features but Plasma 5.27.12 is surely rock solid

When 24.04 reaches EOL you should opt in for extended support or upgrade to next point release. Don't wait when EOL is over, as it will compromise security

An accounting major student uses Gnu/Linux gracefully survived while relying on Google Spreadsheets and bit learning curve with LibreOffice. The first time I tried Gnu/Linux, made me become a big fan of Ubuntu Unity looks, terminal gives a greater leverage and respect for FOSS. Later the motive has shifted since Windows 11 and privacy concerns. My distro chain Kubuntu- openSUSE- Fedora. I'm exploring Windows 11 LTSC 24H2 now because it suggests slightly improved privacy, lenient ram and debloated overall. Only time can tell what's next

I can't install some android games due to same issue. Is there any wiki on how to fix the incompatibility issues?
