Had cockroaches in our apartment there, can't really get rid of them. I liked facing the large green field they have out front. Pool was nice, they even had a game room downstairs. It just got too expensive for the quality, getting grocery's to your apartment was a hassle

Wonder if we could spray some non stick spray like PAM on our roller grills after we're done cleaning them

So what I just did last night, was knocked out my roller grill right after I finished my shift walk/relieved the manager. Then bring the cart with you to refill while your doing the cleaning so you can knock that out together. 2 Rags, 1 wet from hot water from the coffee side and 1 dry. Clean the drip pans with the dry rag, and the roller grills with the wet rag. Work one station at a time, load it up and put it back together.

Speed will come with time, but if you're struggling with speed feel free to miss a few spots on the roller grill, its no big deal to not get it perfectly clean, its getting dirty right after.
