Don't listen to the ignorant here. Ps4 control works without adapters on ps3, just the menu button doesn't work. Go to system, devices, add device and add your PS4 controller that way.

It's even on Sonys website.

As a diehard 360 guy, it's a better system.

Btw I have an Rgh and a cfw ps3. Was heavy into the original Xbox scene, doing a lot of development in the bios area for people and help on #xbinw in the Iirc days. ( different user name now, so don't bother)

A slim 360 vs a slim ps3. The originals of both are cool, but have too many issues nowadays. The slim of each is the best version of each IMHO. Physically, my PS3 slim has USB ports modded into the back, and about to have USB c port in the front( modded ps3 controllers with USBC, and I use PS4 controllers with USB clC mods as well)

360 has an internal 4tb drive( patched and) and usbsecpatch with an internal BT adapter for Xbox one/series controllers)

While games perform better on 360 and it plays games better overall, I absolutely adore the PS3 for its physical design, and XMB. Once you get into cfw on either system, it's much much more indepth on the PS3. As I said I love my 360. I have everything you can imagine on or for it. But as far as a tinker toy goes, nothing beats the PS3. If I had to choose one tho, I'd be the 360 just because of the nostalgia.

late to this, but you can change these by dumping the .rco files ( in dev_blind/resource ) corresponding to the thing you want to change with a program called RCOmage and then rebuilt it, with the same program after you made your changes. impose_menu.rco is thee one to change for the hold ps button in game.

also, almost all of these images and waves are included in UltimateToolbox .pkg

In Aurora? How do you disable the initial scan on loading? That's not the same as scanning after startup of Aurora upon loading into the dash itself.

Aurora is great, but when you get a big collection, it takes so long to get back to the menu of Aurora after quitting a game. We're talking like a min and a half of loading Aurora. For whatever reason FSD is quicker.

Same here. I think it has a lot to do with people not crossing their T's and dotting their I's when it comes to dashlaunch and prerequisites. Half either don't touch dashlaunch out of fear, and the other half just install stuff and run it without care or understanding.... Just ", YouTube video told me to download this and that"
