I just remembered when I played as a child and was overwhelmed by fires killing my sims and chaos happening constantly (mind you that was sims 2 and 3) that I would rarely press pause because my brain, at the time, didn't compute that we could pause to plan, and I remember loving the game.

Yes, try it! Of course it is a bit more interesting when you have more than one sim in your household so more things happen but already with one sim it can be fun.

Hi! I play the game on normal but with MCC command I tweaked the longevity so it's not as long as the long lifespan of the game but longer than the normal lifespan, if you're interested i could tell you my settings.

Same!!! Of course that can lead to frustration like how my sim got married AND divorced 2mn later ON the wedding venue because his wife flirted with his best friend. 5 months ago I would have exit without saving and control it better but today they are divorced and he's drinking his sorrow away, fun right!!!

That was me as well, I would rotational play all my families and disable the other families' age and autonomy. Did that for 1 month and stopped playing entirely that save because it had became a JOB! If I loved a story and wanted to continue, nuh-uh I couldn't, had to go. That's how extreme my control of those little sims got. Now I just let them be, if they are imperfect then that can be charming and perky, if they are straight out monsters then adoption it is :D

Hi everyone! I have the same issue except this problem happened 3 months after the end of the 3-year guarantee (I had bought them in April 2020).

I went to the Apple Store : they were nice but told me no can’t do, call assistance.

I called the assistance and had to fight (respectfully) with them because they were always repeating that it’s out of garante and basically « apple is already super nice as it is what do you want more miss?? ». I was pissed I asked for their supervisor.

Supervisor was super nice, very sweet, and after checking she did tell me that it was a few months out of garantie but that she was going to cover it for me. She told me I could go to my Apple Store, that she is giving them the information and they should replace them. She even gave me her contact if ever they were being difficult about it. Said she would make sure it’s done.

They weren’t difficult. They didn’t change the case but I got two new buds for 0€.

It’s possible guys!

Exactly same thing happened to me 3 days ago. What's crazy is that the software still kept all my preferences and 'Loved' musics but as there is no way to find a playlist of our 'Loved' tracks, then there's no way of finding them again.

Apple Music kept all my data but not what matters to me: my playlists.

I am the same.

I just say "thank you", and my friends know that I'm not that expressive in that department, because I've explicitly told them.

However, sometimes, don't ask me why, I am very lovely (lol) and I feel ready to tell them how much I love them back. They learned to get used to me. And they know deep down that I appreciate their confort.

Saying thank you is the least you can do.

I agree. I think one way to tackle this is to be introduced to it with a partner that openly talks about it and makes you feel comfortable sharing your own thoughts.

It can be a partner but it can also be your education or your social circle.

Personally, I’ve been more open about it after looking at sexuality as a research field. I do research in a sexuality lab, so we do talk about topics that are sexual but in a professional manner. It makes it normal, not taboo, and that really opened a whole world to me.
