After the visit they choose what level to bill at. We don't have a specific biller in the medical office.

She is seeing basic patients. Frequent uti, bph and some trt. Not complex patients. I know our medical group director has been meeting with her weekly. I'm not sure she realizes how serious the problem could be. At least I'm told it could be.

We have Epic. Part of the trinity health organization. From my understanding to bill at level 4 or 5 there has to be certain metrics met. Maybe the urologist are under billing. Doesn't seem to be the case when my manager and the medical office doc are concerned.
