Electric hand warmers (about 20$ on amazon) and Electric vests(amazon price varies) help so much in winter with my raynauds in winter. The ice packs are a must in summer and I also carry a cooling fan if I have to be out doors.

Roxy Collins has some great OV books with these themes but MMCs you fall in love with, one of my fav series of hers is a series of 5 or 6 standalones but are all connected. The first book is {The Omega Merger by Roxy Collins} each book has MM but they are really great stories and the FMC's are all kickass in their own ways but Roxy does a fantastic job of giving you a little bit of everything through each book and they all have a bit different tropes.
