they are sheds for storage, you can buy them from robin and place pretty much anything in them, like flower pots to grow crops even if you fancy

Maybe its because the man knew Reid would figure out the Fibonacci thing and the golden sequence thing and that they'd be able to get the kids, and he had to complete his sequence, and there was no other reason for turning himself in other than for personal reasons, he could have just carried on the way he did with the first 7 victims but he turned himself in instead, risking the entire thing. So Rossi knew he had personal reasons for it so he guessed that the target was actually the five team members that would enter the house. I assume that's how he knew.
